Description

1.Main grinding range of equipment

The equipment is mainly used to deal with plasma, flame cutting machine material parts cutting hanging slag, the treatment process can assist in the treatment of steel plate surface oxide skin, deburring, chamfer, through the processing, the processing process is safe and reliable, so that the workpiece to achieve perfect quality.

2.Working principle of equipment

To enter two groups of forward and reverse high speed rotary hammer (remove surface edge, hole large hanging slag)→ transverse belt (remove surface edge, hole small hanging slag, auxiliary treatment of surface oxide and rust)→ into two groups of abrasive brush with deburring (remove surface edge, hole to remove small burr and achieve R arc effect)

Feeding system adopts belt and rubber roller clip feeding, conveying speed 0.5-6 m/min frequency conversion speed regulation.

The matching wet vacuum machine deals with grinding dust, realizes environmental protection production, and provides a good working environment for workers.
